Since May 2010 the first Airbus A380 flies in Lufthansa colors. Entry into service of the mega-liner presented special challenges, not just because of its size. From a technological point of view, the A380 marks the peak of modern aircraft design.
Lufthansa follows a three-tier concept offering first class/HON Circle lounges, Senator lounges and Business class lounges to its customers, and expects to spend €150m on its lounges worldwide by 2013.
